As i was saying that our windows base operating system reserves 20% bandwith for its own updates and system checking. To unreserving bandwith you just need to change a simple config.
At first open RUN  on the box of run type gpedit.msc then follow like below
Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Network/QOS Packet Scheduler
From the right side double click Limit reservable bandwidth then mark enable
 then replace Bandwidth Limit (%) 20  make it just 0 then appy then OK

Remember this is the only process to really your internet boost up. You may find some fake software on the internet. Do not try them because all of them are fake. If your internet provider provide slow internet then you have to do nothing at all. It will be better to increase your speed limit. Thank you. Feel free to comment here …
